When people talk about games to relieve stress, often they mention Porrasturvat. Though, with that game, the minutae of adjusting controls becomes too mathematical and tedious to reduce stress.
What I need is a wide-open expanse. A seemingly never-ending world filled with calming sounds and nice, neutral colours. A world where inventories, time limits, high scores and endless exploration is completely done away with. A world above the ocean, where the sky is blue and the clouds are my friends.
A place inhabited by one flying, imaginative bed-ridden hospital dweller who takes to the sky and manipulates the very clouds themselves. A place where nothing needs collecting. No doors or switches need hitting. No codes need busting. Just a place where the goal is to use the clouds to reduce pollution. A place where the objective is to shift the clouds into position in order to form a lollipop shape.
A calm, serene, peaceful distraction. What I need is Cloud… and I’m feeling better already.
