If you haven't played the online flash based implementation of this game, then it's probably because you don't have the internet. This game is a version of it which is completely in DOS.

It's simple enough and comes with no story - and for good reason. Any story would ruin the simple charm of the game. Pressing space to go up and not pressing it to go down is all you need to do. It's not complex and there's no reason for it. It's just fun.

There are three difficulty levels and high scores are kept for each. The scores are how far you manage to get into the cave. The scenery changes often enough, to keep things interesting and also when signalling a level change. There are ten levels in total in the cave.

It's not complicated, and it looks nice enough. That's all you really need to know. It's short and will not be a game you fall in love with. Play it and just smile.
