This is a very interesting little game. You have to shoot a laser beam through certain prisms using only the reflectors, etc. given to you.

The game is simple, in looks and presentation, and that is where it stops being simple. The 2D no frills graphics are just a conduit through which the addictive and highly challenging puzzles flow.

If you like puzzle games which feel like they are trying to melt your brain as you play, then this is the game for you. It’s almost oversimplified graphics are seemingly mocking you as the puzzles get harder and harder and you just have to finish the next level.

No sounds are here to distract you and no music gets on your nerves, which is very good as you will be playing for a while and any sounds or music would just get repetitious.

Over all if you want to play a puzzle game that will hook you in just by the sheer difficulty of its own puzzles, then this is the game for you. If you like games that are a bit more style over substance, this is not the game for you. It's difficult, it's challenging and it's very, very interesting.

Chromatron is a great game, it is hard but not too hard that it has you giving up. The level tiering is good. The game also is quite truthful to the actual physics of lasers, so not only is it challenging but it's educatinal as well. I've been trying to complete this game on and off for a little over a week now and I'm only up to level 40. The download size is miniscule so what have you got to lose? Try it.

    It's a great game.

Just one great problem with it : it has no version for linux.
And that is really a shame !

I won't say much, because the game is tiny. I like it. If you don't hate puzzle games, give it a try.

Great! Kept me amused for ages. Stuck on level 9, though.
